Role Objective:

To lead AI and advanced analytics projects effectively through integrated execution management and technical alignment. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards, while supporting the organization's strategic goals. The position also serves as a pathway for proven performers to advance into leadership of the AI division in the future.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Provide end-to-end oversight for planning and execution of AI projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (data, user experience, AI, marketing, technical infrastructure) to ensure seamless integration of efforts.
• Deliver technical consultancy on AI technologies, including:
• Understanding of AI models and algorithms.
• Data requirements, quality, and governance.
• System architecture and integration.
• Performance indicators and measurement frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate the development of AI-based knowledge discovery platforms and analytics systems to ensure output quality and relevance.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including NTP reports and other government-related documentation as required.
• Support adoption and go-to-market strategies by aligning AI capabilities with user journey mapping and business needs.
• Manage project risks, implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), facilitate knowledge transfer, and enable organizational teams for sustainable post-project operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in technology or AI project management.
• Prior experience managing multiple technology and/or AI projects from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to:
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Control project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work effectively with government entities or on strategic initiatives (preferred).
• Senior-level professional with demonstrated potential to lead the AI division in the future.
• Native Arabic speaker preferred, with strong familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business and regulatory context.
