Duties & Responssibilites :

- Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to operating systems and networks.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams or vendors.
- Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and support cases accurately in the ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory, software licenses, and asset tracking.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and security protocols.
- Provide first level support to end user for assigned SAP module.
- Participate in IT projects, change requests and report development by contributing to process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and best practices.

Tehcnical Diploma in IT or Technical Support .
1-3 Years Of Expeirnce in the samer field .
