We’re hiring Co-op Interns across three tracks to support technology delivery and business enablement. You’ll work with internal teams and stakeholders to help plan, analyze, and execute technical initiatives—turning business needs into clear requirements, structured plans, and deliverable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1) Technical Project Manager (Co-op)

• Support project planning (scope, timeline, milestones, RAID log) and follow‑up on execution.
• Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Prepare weekly status updates, meeting notes, action items, and progress dashboards.
• Assist in change management, UAT readiness, and go‑live coordination.
• Ensure documentation is maintained (plans, approvals, handover, lessons learned).

2) Technical Business Analyst (Co-op)

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories / BRDs.
• Map business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and propose improvements.
• Support UAT planning and execution (test cases, scenarios, evidence, sign‑off).
• Work with development teams to validate solutions against requirements.
• Maintain requirement traceability and documentation (flows, acceptance criteria).

3) Technical Business Developer (Co-op)

• Support solution enablement: proposals, service catalogs, scope breakdown, and delivery approach.
• Coordinate discovery sessions and build structured business cases and value statements.
• Help prepare presentations, client‑facing decks, and technical summaries.
• Support stakeholder communications and alignment across business and tech.
• Track initiatives pipeline and contribute to improvement ideas and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Current student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (MIS), or related field.
• Strong communication in Arabic/English and ability to write clear documentation.
• Comfortable with Excel/PowerPoint and structured reporting.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Ability to work full‑time during the co‑op period.
