Manage Business Data Analytics Solutions (BI & Data Science Platforms) by overseeing the development and implementation of best‑in‑class data and analytics modules to enable faster, data‑based decision making across all business functions. Extend data analytics and mining to all business areas while ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and best utilization of data and analytics systems, maintaining data integrity and providing end‑user training.

• Lead enterprise‑wide data analytics and data science initiatives, aligning insights and solutions with business goals and best practices.
• Own the delivery of complex, cross‑functional analytics solutions, working closely with IT and business teams.
• Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build advanced analytical and predictive models that drive measurable business impact.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into high‑value analytics use cases.
• Assess, select, and implement BI, machine learning, and analytics platforms, from proof of concept to full deployment.
• Ensure analytics solutions are accurately tested, successfully launched, and continuously monitored for performance and adoption.
• Plan and manage analytics projects end to end, coordinating teams, timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile where appropriate.
• Define and develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that support performance management and operational optimization.
• Translate business and data requirements into enterprise‑wide insights, models, and reports.
• Explore and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify the right data sources, integration approaches, and data standards.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and access control across analytics platforms and solutions.
• Communicate insights clearly and confidently to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Design and deliver training that enables teams and leaders to turn data into actionable decisions.
