• Perform root cause analysis and resolution
• Manage and provide direction to day-to-day security operations
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex issues within own area of responsibility
• Resolve L3 incidents/requests
• Create internal procedural standards relating to the support role as required
• Interface with technical personnel and other teams as required
• Produce and maintain security incident reports
• Provide device performance metrics as necessary
• Respond to security incidents and provide post-incident analysis
• Experience in IR tools and solutions related to detection, investigation and response; analyze security events and provide guidance to team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate technical and strategic cyber matters to a variety of audiences

• At least 4 years of experience in Security Monitoring and Response
• Micro Focus Arc Sight SIEM - Security Information and Event Management
• Experience in IR tools and solutions related to detection, investigation and response
• Implemented multiple SIEM solutions
• Exploit and detection analysis skills, including ability to analyze logs for information and patterns
• Ability to manipulate and present data
• Incident and Problem Management skills
• In-depth knowledge of different security frameworks
• Experience with incident response phases and SOC processes and procedures
• Certifications such as GIAC GCIH, GPEN, or similar are a plus
