Job title: Manager IT, Technical Projects

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams.
• Review system architecture, integration design, and technical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and best practices.

• Act as main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to senior management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and implementation.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple ongoing projects.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of team members.

• Manage overall Business Intelligence Reporting and Dashboard operations.
• Review and approve new report and dashboard requirements from the business.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of reports or dashboard deliverables.
• Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers for IT projects.
• Review and approve technical proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of vendor deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to optimize IT project processes and methodologies.
• Implement project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) where appropriate.
• Drive automation, efficiency, and innovation in IT project execution.

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• SAP analytics cloud experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT management operations.
