Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Digital Identity services including Privileged Access Management using Delinea, authentication services using Forti Authenticator, Identity Access Management using One Identity, Multifactor Authentication using Microsoft Azure MFA, and directory services including Microsoft Active Directory and DNS.
- Build policies, processes, and frameworks related to digital identity and access services such as privileged access lifecycle management, identity lifecycle management, access requests, authentication, authorization, and auditing of permissions.
- Conduct assessments of clients’ existing Digital Identity processes, systems, and controls across Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, and Microsoft Active Directory to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Work with clients to develop Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and implementation plans covering PAM, IAM, MFA, and directory services.
- Define technical and business requirements for Digital Identity solutions leveraging Delinea PAM, One Identity IAM, Microsoft Azure MFA, Forti Authenticator, and Microsoft Active Directory/DNS. Advise on the implementation of new Digital Identity features tailored to the specific environment, including privileged access controls, strong authentication mechanisms, and directory integrations.
- Establish the link between the Digital Identity team and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and communicating the Digital Identity roadmap.
- Focus on the efficient deployment, roll‑out, and transition of new features and versions of Digital Identity platforms.
- Configure and customize Privileged Access Management (Delinea), Identity Access Management (One Identity), Multifactor Authentication (Microsoft Azure MFA and Forti Authenticator), and Active Directory/DNS to align with business processes and security policies.
- Develop and implement access control policies, privileged roles, authentication rules, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
- Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for privileged access management, identity lifecycle management, multifactor authentication, directory services, role‑based access control, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including security, IT, and compliance to integrate Digital Identity services into client environments.
- Provide training and support to client teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of Digital Identity solutions.
- Interact with vendors and service providers including Delinea, Microsoft, and One Identity to address contractual and technical matters related to Digital Identity platforms.
- Prepare updates and reports to management.
