About the job TCS – Junior Specialist- IT
We’re looking for TCS – Junior Specialist- IT to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.
Responsibilities- Education, training, and presentations to our key Target groups and Sales Teams
- Technical support to Customers and Sales/Marketing/Product Development departments
- Pre-Sales technical assistance to Customers and Sales department
- Technical documents creation
- Product testing and certification process responsibility
- Coordination of tinting stations maintaining
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- High level problem-solving and communication skills
