A reputable company in Jeddah is seeking a talented and experienced Supply Manager to join our team. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain process and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supply management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet company objectives
• Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to avoid stock shortages
• Oversee the shipping and receiving process, ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to understand customer needs and adjust supply accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities
• Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in supply management or related field
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus
