Stax Logistics is a Saudi-based container terminal and logistics company specializing in container storage and handling, empty and laden container operations, reefer services, and related terminal services.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Container Terminal Dispatcher to coordinate and monitor daily terminal activities, ensuring the smooth movement of containers, trucks, and handling equipment.

The Dispatcher will coordinate with the Operations Manager, Yard Supervisor, equipment operators, truck drivers, and customers to organize daily tasks, track container movements, manage equipment assignments, and ensure accurate operational records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience in container terminals, container depots, or Empty Container Depots (ECDs) is mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience in container terminal or depot dispatching operations.
• Strong understanding of container movements, yard locations, stacking, and storage operations.
• Experience coordinating trucks, reach stackers, empty container handlers, and equipment operators.
• Familiarity with gate‑in/gate‑out procedures and container documentation.
• Experience using Yard Management Systems (YMS), Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), or similar operational systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple operational activities simultaneously.

Important – Mandatory Experience

This position is exclusively for candidates with direct experience in container terminals or container depots.

Candidates with backgrounds limited to general logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, delivery dispatching, or shipping agencies will NOT be considered.
