When working in Hawaii, it is important to understand Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family,’ in addition to the functional aspects of hotel operations, such as making beds or handling luggage. Our team participated in Hawaiian culture training during the opening of the first Andaz property in Hawaii to better understand the meaning of ‘ohana.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. As a Plumber, you will support the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering Department and assist other departments as needed.
QualificationsQualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is desirable. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with a central plant is required.
