The Cleaning Works Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation of general cleaning and maintenance programs at the facility or site, ensuring the application of health and environmental standards and achieving a clean and safe working environment.

• Supervise work teams and organize the daily tasks of cleaning staff.
• Monitor the implementation of cleaning and maintenance programs according to approved schedules.
• Ensure the correct and safe use of cleaning tools and materials.
• Inspect sites to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to occupational safety and health procedures during work.
• Prepare periodic reports on cleanliness levels and observations related to the teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of cleaning services.
• Resolve problems and obstacles that may affect the quality of work or adherence to the schedule.
• Monitor the maintenance of equipment and materials used in cleaning operations.
