The Missile Assembly and Disassembly Technical Assistance (TA) will provide support and maintenance at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Patriot Missile Assembly Disassemble Facility (MADF). The MADF TA will provide onsite Patriot missile technical support to Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) personnel responsible for processing/testing/repairing of Patriot PAC-2 missiles and subassemblies at the RSADF MADF to maximize RSADF readiness. The MADF TA will aid and advise RSADF with relevant information regarding facility operations, and will assist as required with workflow and daily operational needs in relation to PAC-2 missile and subassembly test, assembly, disassembly and repair, based upon USG policy and guidelines.

This activity will include advising on safety and best practices, participating as a team member in any assessments of the facility and equipment, assisting with documentation of issues and processes, and developing resolutions for any issues found. The MADF TA works with RSADF personnel to ensure all manuals, spares, test equipment and manpower are in place to support on‑going Patriot PAC-2 missile testing, assembly, and disassembly.

The MADF TA will advise and assist with the movements of assets and equipment management in the storage areas and the facility and will assist and make recommendations concerning the usability of chemicals in supply based on the manufacturer’s expiration date. This individual will provide technical support to the RSADF for their PAC-3 missile program based on the USG guidelines within the PAC-3 Master Plan.

• Knowledge of daily operations in a Patriot Missile Facility (PMF) or a Missile Assembly and Disassembly Facility (MADF)
• Hands‑on ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and calibrate all PMF or MADF equipment
• Knowledgeable of general manufacturing processes with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience interpreting engineering requirements from product data models, drawings, parts lists and specifications
• Able to demonstrate a high level of mechanical hands‑on abilities to perform or assist in missile assembly and test along with repairing non‑operating tools and equipment
• Strong hands‑on assembly / disassembly / troubleshooting skills of mechanical, electrical, industrial and/or home equipment and products
• Must possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all Patriot missile malfunctions
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of related experience, or Associate’s Degree with 8 years of experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Salary Range: 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
