Overview: As an Automatic Screen-Printing Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by efficiently operating the machine to print high-quality, multicolor designs on textiles. Your ability to ensure consistent output, maintain machine efficiency, and adhere to quality standards will contribute significantly to our client's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately mount screens in the specified sequence on the automatic screen-printing machine.
• Prepare and load printing paste into the machine's automatic feed pan.
• Configure machine settings, including speed, swing, and pressure, to optimize print quality for various textile types and designs.
• Initiate machine operation and conveyor belt to process textile articles.
• Conduct regular inspections of printed articles to identify and address any color misalignment or defects.
• Make necessary adjustments to screen positioning to ensure accurate color placement within the design.
• Remove foreign matter from screens to prevent irregularities in printing paste flow.
• Address any screen leaks by applying tape to the coated portion.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain machine efficiency and longevity.
• Strictly follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
