Job Purpose:
In the RSCTC Systems, lead the Digital Marketplace Team in the selection, implementation and support of the Digital Marketplace Platform.
Responsibilities- Lead the Digital Marketplace Team;
- Support the Digital Marketplace Team with Systems functionality and strategy;
- Execute endorsed plans and programs to achieve organizational and departmental goals and objectives;
- Develop continuous improvement plans, programs and activities to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial, transacting, and data operations;
- Monitor and maintain KPI’s and key metrics;
- Ensure that all transactions are strictly documented and updated in the IT systems;
- Establish performance measures and priorities for each operation;
- Maintaining proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Prepare periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc) reports
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by RSCTC Management
- Recognized degree in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management related field (MSc preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred).
