Production Planner

Organizing, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient production.

• Develop and manage the weekly production schedule
• Analyze inventory levels and production capacity to generate achievable and efficient production plans
• Work closely with Operations, Sales teams and other partner's coordinator to ensure that the schedule reflects accurate and up-to-date information
• Lead the coordination of planning processes for raw materials, components, and finished goods to meet customer demand
• Manage capacity planning to ensure that production is aligned with available resources and labor
• Identify and address potential production constraints or risks before they impact the production timeline
• Monitor progress against the weekly schedule and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery requirements

• Prepare and update the weekly schedule for Nepro 5, including pipes for fabrication
• Submit job orders, stickers, labels, and MCO forms to Operations
• Prepare the daily loading plan for the Loading Section for deliveries
• Highlight any critical issues that may affect deliveries to customers
• Ensure that schedules are consistently monitored and updated
• Coordinate with the Material Planner, Production Planners, and Operations Team
• Cover the work of Nepro 4 Production Planner in his absence
• Facilitate/attend the weekly schedule review with Operations
• Prepare and update work instructions when needed
• Provide regular updates to the partner's coordinator regarding the status of their orders and respond to emails as needed
• Monitor the stock levels of ink, thinners, stickers, wood, and all indirect materials used in production
• Arrange samples with QC and Operations when requested

• At least 5 years related experience in the same field, with knowledge in Pipes and Fittings Production and scheduling

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial is a plus
