- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Control all achieved documentation upon project completion.
- Review all special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.
- Arrange timely inspection and approval of all materials/equipment delivered or completed installations at the site.
- Lead a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors on the project.
- Allocate work to QA/QC engineers/inspectors and oversee their activities.
- Maintain control over all QA/QC related documentation and records.
- Check subcontractors' Q.C. procedures to ensure consistency with client procedures.
- Perform internal audits on subcontractor personnel to ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Manage NCR issues and follow up with concerned parties.
- Recommend and follow up on corrective actions to prevent internal or external deficiencies.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all quality construction records, such as inspection and test documents.
- Create, interpret, and implement specifications, quality standards, work instructions, and regulations.
- Train and orient QA/QC inspectors on project quality systems and procedures.
- Assist the QA/QC Manager in developing, coordinating, and supervising the project Quality Management System.
- Apply problem-solving skills effectively and communicate fluently in English.
- QA/QC Supervisor should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors.
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline, with additional qualifications in their respective field.
