We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, policies, and processes that ensure our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. You will lead the QA team, conduct audits, and facilitate continuous improvement efforts to drive product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and objectives aligned with company goals.
- Manage the QA team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to review compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Oversee quality control processes, ensuring products meet quality standards before delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality processes, including standard operating procedures and quality records.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting best practices and awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management systems.
- Proven experience in leading quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
