We are hiring a qualified QA / QC Engineer to support our Transmission Line and Substation projects across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in quality management for 220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV OHTL and Substation works, with strong expertise in implementing international QA / QC standards, leading audits, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Eligibility- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering
- ISO 9001:2015 certification (Internal Auditor – Preferred)
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in QA / QC roles
- Hands‑on experience in execution of overhead transmission lines (220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV) or substation projects
- Valid passport with at least 9 months of validity (Gulf)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Implement and monitor QA / QC systems, procedures, and project‑specific quality plans
- Conduct inspections for foundations, tower erection, stringing, and substation works
- Review and approve material testing reports and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on all QA / QC matters
- Prepare and maintain QA / QC documentation: ITPs, checklists, NCRs, method statements, and quality reports
- Lead internal audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all QA / QC activities
- Identify, report, and resolve non‑conformances in collaboration with project teams
- Support construction teams in upholding quality and HSE standards on‑site
