The following are the key responsibilities for this role:

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's projects through market analysis, study, and networking.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify business trends, needs, and preferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including developers, investors, vendors, and industry players to expand the network and enhance services.
  • Support the sales team to improve communication and networking.
  • Search for new investment opportunities and evaluate their feasibility and suitability for the company's interests.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and financial analyses to evaluate real estate development projects.

    • Duties

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Business Development and real estate sales in the KSA market.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate development industry, market dynamics, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Skills required:

    5 years of expertise.
