We have an urgent requirement for Assistant Leasing Executive for our client.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Leasing department by setting goals, delegating tasks, providing support, monitoring performance and resolving tenant conflicts.
  • Develop and implement follow-up strategies to help move potential tenants towards consummating a deal.
  • Negotiate lease and sales terms which conform to the established criteria.
  • Provide transaction-related services (market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, drafting proposals, calculating commissions, etc.) in the leasing and sale of buildings.
  • Oversee the preparation of tenant applications, processing of lease documentation and gathering of various lease-tenant data.
  • Manage relationships with outside brokers.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials (including, but not limited to, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans and maps) for space availabilities and properties for sale.
  • Report to and update senior level personnel on calling program status, clients met, potential deals being generated, issues/concerns and next steps.
  • Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Retail/Malls leasing/Bank Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance or related field required.
  • Knowledge of regional real estate market is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
