Shangri-La Jeddah, anchored on the new waterfront along the shores of the Red Sea, is a luxury hotel offering 203 stylish rooms and suites, 17 luxury serviced apartments, and 4 restaurants and lounges including the legendary Shang Palace. The Chef De Partie will maintain high standards of all food preparation and service in their respective kitchen, ensuring quality, presentation, and timing align with Shangri-La's standards.

• Reflect the Shangri-La Philosophy by providing top-quality service to customers and staff.
• Coordinate detailed restaurant, banquet, and food production tasks and supervise employees under his/her supervision.
• Monitor freshness, presentation, and temperature of food served.
• Ensure proper portioning, serving requisition, and supply control.
• Control timing during service to maintain high standards.
• Inspect food quality regarding taste and temperature.
• Maintain uniform visual appearance of all dishes, ensuring presentation and garnish meet standards.
• Implement portion control as per recipe cards and butchery tests to minimize waste and spoilage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong English skills.
