A reputable restaurant group is seeking experienced Head Chef and Restaurant Manager with a strong background in Middle Eastern cuisine to join its growing portfolio. The roles require hands‑on professionals who can lead teams, maintain high standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead all kitchen operations and culinary execution
• Design and maintain authentic Middle Eastern menus
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier coordination
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and front‑of‑house performance
• Lead, train, and schedule service teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Control operational costs and support revenue targets
• Coordinate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Proven experience in a similar role within restaurant operations

Strong background in Middle Eastern / Levant / Gulf cuisine

Experience in casual or fine dining restaurant concepts

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment
