Pastry Chef de Partie; CDP

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team  ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality pastry and dessert items in line with the company's standards.

This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The Pastry CDP will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and kitchen team to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence in all pastry operations.

• Prepare and present pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Head Pastry Chef.
• Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new pastry items.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Support junior team members through guidance and training.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with the wider kitchen and service teams.

• Minimum of 5 years' international experience in pastry within luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-standard restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and modern presentation styles.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in quality.
• Creativity, passion, and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
