Retail Sales Associate - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Meet sales goals set by management
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Malayalam (preferred)
- Must be willing to work full time with accommodation provided (for women only)
