Telesales Specialist

Initial contact with interested customers coming from the call center and marketing campaigns qualifying them accurately and converting as many as possible into field visits and potential deals for the direct sales department with accurate and timely data entry via the Customer Management System CRMTasks and responsibilities

• Receiving customers from social media marketing campaigns on a Customer Management System CRM
• Contacting potential customers by phone to qualify them and present the products
• Receiving incoming calls via the unified number and updating customer statuses on the system
• Scheduling visits and follow-up with the direct sales department
• Entering and updating data on the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up with potential customers and add their financial data to determine their purchasing desire
• Prepare daily and weekly call reports completed received incomplete
• Preparing the Leads report Qualified Unqualified Follow-up Status and Transfer Stages
• Preparing a report on scheduled visits and converting them into potential deals
  
  Any additional tasks assigned by the manager according to the needs of the work and the requirements of the department

Skills and abilities

• Technical skills
• Use a Customer Management System CRM and update records accurately
• Familiarity with the company s products and their advantages for a convincing telephone presentation
• Organizing contact lists and managing priorities during the shift
• Measure and track connection and conversion indicators using system dashboards
• Soft and behavioral skills
• Excellent telephone communication skills and tact Quick wit and fast response
• Persuasion and negotiation with different customer categories
• Working under pressure and being disciplined with time and goals

Requirements and conditions

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree Marketing Management Related field
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in telephone sales call centers
• Previous experience in the field of real estate development
• Practical knowledge of the CRM system and Excel software
• It is preferable to have a good grasp of the basics of real estate finance
