Software Engineer; Front-End UI​/UX

Role Purpose

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality user interfaces that align with product goals and elevate digital customer experience. This role collaborates with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to convert user requirements into performant, accessible, and visually polished web experiences. Responsibilities include performance optimization, reusable component development, and maintaining well-structured documentation to ensure timely and successful delivery within organizational standards and KPIs.

• Deep knowledge of UI/UX principles, design systems, and human-centered interaction patterns.
• Strong skills with design and prototyping tools:
  Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop.
• Ability to produce wireframes, clickable prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Experience in usability testing, user research collaboration, and continuous design iteration.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong experience with CSS frameworks and styling tools such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, SASS/SCSS.
• Building modular, reusable UI components and maintaining component libraries/design systems.
• Familiarity with front-end performance tuning, caching strategies.
• Competent with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent is required.
