OFR RDM Specialist – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

• Execute plans and processes to implement the OFR trade and route development management strategy
• Ensure allocation and reservations of freight on planned linehaul required for hub and operations performance
• Respond to trade and route development management enquiries efficiently and competitively
• Monitor and update product information in a timely manner
• Deliver day‑to‑day shipment documentation for freight forwarding, assist in development of tenders and ensure on‑time submission of relevant documents
• Develop and maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to network queries
• Build and secure business relationships with customers and shipping companies
• Prepare carrier performance reports and reviews
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to secure cost‑effective and competitive products, negotiate rates with shipping companies, and meet desired service specifications and transit time targets
• Understand recent developments of new solutions, services, lanes, and traffic development
• Provide support to less experienced team members, offering direction and guidance as needed
• Study and resolve day‑to‑day delivery issues and implement practices for OFR trade and route development management, focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree
