The Senior Specialist Fleet Agreements is responsible for ensuring the effective management and compliance of air cargo fleet operations in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Ensuring applying fleet agreements, facilitating the initiation of new agreement, this position supports continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Applying regulations, policies, SLA, and procedures of air cargo planes fleet management to maintain continuity of service presented with high level of required efficiency.
• Coordinate with Saudia, lessors, and GACA when an aircraft undergoes a all types of heavy check.
• Draft and prepare ACMI agreements RFP (Request for proposal) in accordance with Saudia Cargo's requirements.
• Assist Initiating new ACMI agreements with accordance to Saudia Cargo's terms and conditions complying with Saudia/GACA requirements.
• Coordinate with Saudia's maintenance department to ensure high quality aircraft fleet performance and maintain seamless operational continuity. (planned maintenance).
• Assist in the registration of Saudia Cargo's A/C with the Civil Aviation Authorities in online stations providing all the necessary documentation and regular renewal follow-up.
• Ensure all fleet certifications are renewed to avoid any operation disruptions.
• Support in implementing aircraft maintenance programs to ensure proper integration and accurate documentation of all related records.
• Identify challenges and issues, propose alternative solutions, and assess financial reports for informed decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and performance of aircraft on a regular basis.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, or related field.
• A minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in the same or similar field.
