Fleet Management Specialist

The Fleet Management Specialist provides data-driven analysis and strategic insights to optimize fleet utilization, lease management, operational costs, and route profitability. The role supports decisions related to aircraft leasing, acquisitions, retirements, and special operations (e.g., ACMI, Hajj/Umrah) through rigorous operational and competitor market analysis.

• Analyze lease terms, benchmark against the market, and model the impact of lease extensions or terminations.
• Build cost models to evaluate ACMI and Hajj/Umrah operations, supporting decisions on aircraft induction, retirements, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor aircraft downtime, block hours, fuel burns, and maintenance delays to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Network Planning to simulate fleet deployment scenarios and optimize route profitability.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports on fleet performance, sustainability metrics, fleet economics, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the development of departmental SOPs and manuals.
• Contribute to cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Finance, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in fleet planning or a related role.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Strong understanding of aircraft leasing regulations and fleet management processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong critical thinking, creativity, and decision making abilities.
