Payroll Supervisor

Job Description

Building a competent and motivated payroll clerk team through

Processing payroll functions accurately.

Accurately reconciling payroll with the general ledger and cash book by deadline

Auditing the payroll information and take corrective actions to ensure 100% accuracy

Qualification & Skills

Must have a matric and Tertiary qualification

Must have SAGE 300 experience - Non-negotiable

Must have experience working with EMP 501 and EMP 201

Must have experience running a payroll with a staff headcount larger than 1 000 employees

Must have experience working with Cash book, General Ledger and Reconciliations

Must have experience dealing with 3rd party payments
