Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Designs Engineer to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing structural engineering projects within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Design and develop structural plans and drawings for construction projects
– Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and compliance with building codes
– Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
– Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
– Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
– Review and approve project specifications, drawings, and documents
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
– Professional Engineer ( registration
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
– Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP
2000, ETABS, or
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Valid driver’s license
