The employer is a provider of end to end industrial water treatment solutions, supporting several sectors with engineering, labs, chemicals and consumables. They are committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable water treatment solutions to their diverse client base.
Position Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have more than five years of experience in industrial water treatment, with a strong background in project management, process engineering, and equipment selection.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, and execution of industrial water treatment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure all project deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to minimize project risks.
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams during project implementation and start-up.
- Prepare project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field;
Master s degree preferred. - More than five years of experience in project engineering, preferably in industrial water treatment.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
