Short Intro and About the Job

Scope: To drive continuous improvement across quality KPI’s, deploy quality strategy, governance and goals at the plant. Ensure all QFS risks are proactively assessed and managed with adequate resources planned upfront to reach QFS compliance. Validate QFS criteria in the project at all steps. Lead QFS change management . ensure all changes are done with proper change management base on risk analysis and followed by efficient validation and verification.

About You

REQUREMENT

Qualification(s)

Degree in Food Technology or Food Science, Engineering or other relevant qualification

Experience and Skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant-based quality roles

Production/ Technology / Systems knowledge

Solid experience with continuous improvement tools like TPM/Lean / WCM

Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, non conformance management, root cause analysis, CAPA, training

Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook; PowerPoint, Excel)

Demonstrated SPC capability, process optimization and change management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reason for Essential qualification & Skills

Good cross functional experiences as candidate will be interacting between different departments (Industrial, R&I, Sales, Marketing) and internal stakeholders

Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver against quality and FS objectives.

Solid Scientific Background

Ability to analyze data and information to recommend action.

Ability to spot trends and initiate further investigation.
