Senior IM Product Specialist Engineering & Maintenance

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of engineering and maintenance systems and software
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimise system functionality and usability
• Monitor data integration and accuracy within engineering and maintenance systems
• Advise on technical support and training to users of engineering and maintenance systems
• Work with IT teams to ensure engineering and maintenance system performance and scalability
• Continuously improve engineering and maintenance systems based on user feedback and business requirements
• Stay updated with engineering and maintenance technology trends and best practices

• Undergraduate qualification (Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or equivalent) in a relevant IM discipline
• Postgraduate qualification in a related IM discipline or proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role of similar complexity

• Valid EB / Code 08 driver’s licence
• Registration with professional bodies (desirable)

• 5 – 7 years working experience in a similar role

• Experience and knowledge of SAP
• Proven project management and coordination experience
• Proficiency in using and configuring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for engineering and maintenance functions
• Knowledge of SaaS engineering and maintenance landscape (types of solutions and leading software products)
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management
• Advanced ability to use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View, or similar to create insightful dashboards and reports
• Advanced skills to design and implement automated workflows to streamline engineering and maintenance processes
• Proficient understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable data storage, processing, and analytics
• Experience in managing technology projects related to ERP system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
• Proficient understanding of data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Proficiency in managing and analysing data, including experience with data warehousing, data modelling, data visualization tools, and database management systems
