SAP CRM, C4C and SAP Commerce - Over 5+ years of Experience in working on implementation / AMS Support of SAP CRM, SAP C4C modules
To work on tickets/enhancements in SAP modules - SAP CRM, SAP C4C.
Coordinate with client business team on the requirement and resolve tickets, propose solution/estimate for the enhancements and deliver enhancements/resolve tickets as per timelines/SLAs.
