We are looking for a talented and motivated Middleweight Business Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on providing support for CRM systems and Fusion Middleware technologies, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our business applications. You will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency through effective system management and support.

• Support and maintain CRM systems and applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide technical support for Oracle Web Logic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Web Center Content Management.
• Manage and configure IBM Web Sphere Portal, IBM MQ, and IBM LDAP to support business operations and user authentication.
• Implement and maintain Kafka for real-time data integration and streaming between business systems.
• Utilize Elastic Search, Log Stash, and Kibana for log management, performance monitoring, and data visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to business systems.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and user manuals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system integration and management.
• Participate in project planning, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to specifications.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience with CRM systems and their integration with middleware technologies.
• Proficiency in Oracle Web Logic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Web Center Content Management.
• Familiarity with IBM Web Sphere Portal, IBM MQ, and IBM LDAP.
• Experience with Kafka for data streaming and integration.
• Knowledge of Elastic Search, Log Stash, and Kibana for monitoring and log management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant certifications in Oracle, IBM, or related technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts.
