• Update and ensure the accuracy of Developer / Manager views in Task Manager by cross-checking with the status report. Provide daily progress reporting to the Pool Lead or Developer Manager.
• Write code according to a supplied Application Specification Document (ASD).
• Attend Scrum meetings, collaborate with other team members, and report progress to the team members (not the Scrum Master).
• Work closely with the Pool Lead or functional owner.

• 8+ years of development experience.
• Experience with a 4GL programming language (e.g., Progress, Open Edge, etc.) would be beneficial.
• Financial Services experience is ideal.
• Must have fundamental proficiency in the relevant development environment and coding language.
• Requires basic problem-solving skills and the ability to clarify requirements.
• Good communication, proactivity, a quest for knowledge, lateral / logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a logical manner.
