Advanced Digital Skills Programme Women In Tech; Data, Ai & Automation

Programme Overview :
This initiative is part of our commitment to increasing women’s representation in the technology sector.

Participants will receive practical in‑demand skills across four key streams :

• Data Engineering: building data pipelines, databases and analytics solutions
• Dev Ops: cloud platforms, deployment practices, automation and infrastructure‑as‑code
• AI Engineering: developing and applying machine learning and AI solutions
• Software & Automation: software development, testing and process automation

The programme also includes mentorship, career coaching and industry exposure equipping participants to thrive in the digital economy.

• South African citizen (Born Citizenship)
• Must identify as a woman (programme is designed to support women’s participation in tech)
• NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in an IT specialised stream.
• Completed qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Cyber Security and other tech domain‑specific qualifications.
• Be able to provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.
