Advanced Digital Skills Programme – Women in Tech; Data, AI & Automation

Programme Overview :

This initiative is part of our commitment to increasing women's representation in the technology sector . Participants will receive practical, in-demand skills across four key streams :

• Data Engineering – building data pipelines, databases, and analytics solutions
• Dev Ops – cloud platforms, deployment practices, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
• AI Engineering – developing and applying machine learning and AI solutions
• Software & Automation – software development, testing, and process automation

The programme also includes mentorship, career coaching, and industry exposure , equipping participants to thrive in the digital economy.

• South African citizen (Born Citizenship)
• Must identify as a woman (programme is designed to support women's participation in tech)
• NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in an IT specialised stream.
• Completed qualifications in Computer Science , Information Technology , Software Development , Cyber Security , and other tech domain-specific qualifications.
• Be able to provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.
• Between the ages of 18-34 years
• Passion for building a career in advanced digital fields
