IT Project Manager, Scrum Master
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager & Agile Coach to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within Global Nexis Solutions. This role is embedded within the development team and works cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, Product Management, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, agile coaching capabilities, and a proactive leadership style to drive continuous improvement and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Leadership
Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Facilitate project planning, release scheduling, and change management.
Track and communicate progress toward goals and milestones.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) early and effectively.
Agile Coaching & Team Enablement
Provide agile coaching to development teams and product partners.Promote iterative and incremental delivery of value.
Lead retrospectives and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Support teams in staying focused, organized, and aligned with delivery goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate dependencies and foster communication across teams.Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Track meeting minutes, actions, and follow-ups to ensure accountability.

Agile Methodologies
Deep understanding of Agile principles and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (Scrum-at-Scale, SAFe, LeSS).Proven track record in coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.Soft Skills
Executive presence and facilitation skills.Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Skilled in negotiation and presentation.
