Job Overview
The Junior Solutions Consultant role involves providing telephonic and technical support for AVEVA products, troubleshooting software configuration, integration, and performance issues to ensure seamless industrial operations.
Deliver timely telephone assistance on AVEVA product suite.
Provide in-depth technical guidance to clients via phone calls, resolving issues related to AVEVA's comprehensive range of products, including System Platform, In Touch HMI, PI System, or AVEVA Connect.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex software setup problems, integration challenges, or performance bottlenecks in real-time, often under tight deadlines.
Implement workarounds that minimize disruption to clients' industrial processes.
Effectively manage customer inquiries and provide timely case resolution.
Main responsibilities include- Guiding clients through updates, maintaining certifications, and completing relevant training programs.
- Serving as a technical resource for sales teams with product demonstrations and contributing to content creation and marketing initiatives.
This position requires strong expertise in AVEVA products and excellent communication skills.
