Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The incumbent will have strong system integration experience with a focus on business skills and will consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.

• Review business requirements to understand stakeholder expectations.
• Revise architectural documentation to understand the solution landscape within the technical architecture.
• Write and review recommendations based on verified and validated requirements.
• Write, review, and present solution documentation.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies and best practices.
• Write, review, and present epic, feature, user stories, business processes, and process flows.
• Write, review, and present project documentation including Functional Design Specification, Recommendation Documentation, Detail Design Documentation, API Documentation.
• Strong modeling skills required with great attention to detail.
• Good understanding of the business capability, user journey, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes.
• Analyze SOAP and REST service specifications and create REST swagger diagrams.
• Test developed solutions and manage defects using HP Quality Centre.
• Exhibit professional conduct at client sites and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile software development environments and methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• User and technical acceptance test design, execution, and validation.
• Technical planning experience with development teams and overseeing delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferably have a software development background.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and modeling tools (draw.io, Enterprise Architecture, etc.).

Coordinate activities with the development team and other teams regarding interfaces.

Conduct functional specification walkthroughs with developers and monitor development progress to meet deadlines.

Facilitate client walkthroughs, JAD sessions, and sign-off of Functional Specifications with business owners to ensure business requirements have been met.

• Technical Mapping, API integration.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least six years of relevant work experience, with at least two years supporting successful delivery in Business Analysis across full product life cycles, from MVP to marketable products in iterations.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
