Hubspot CRM Specialist required in Johannesburg.

Our client, a leading global player in the B2B marketing arena, is expanding its South African footprint and seeking a highly capable Hub Spot Specialist to join their Johannesburg team.

This is an opportunity to embed yourself in an innovative, data-driven environment where marketing technology sits at the core of commercial success.

You will serve as the in-house Hub Spot expert, owning the design, optimisation, and ongoing management of the platform across marketing, sales, and customer operations.

Your mandate is simple: ensure Hub Spot becomes a growth engine by streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy, enabling meaningful reporting, and empowering teams to execute high-impact campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Architect, maintain, and optimise Hub Spot across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS).
  • Build automated workflows, nurture tracks, and dynamic segmentation strategies.
  • Oversee CRM data quality, governance, and systems hygiene.
  • Support global and regional teams with campaign builds, landing pages, forms, lists, and integrations.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that guide decision‑making.
  • Manage integrations between Hub Spot and third‑party platforms, ensuring data flows are accurate and stable.
  • Uphold best practices, drive user adoption, and train internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience working with Hub Spot in a specialist or administrator role.
  • Strong command of the full Hub Spot ecosystem and its configuration capabilities.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment; global exposure is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, lifecycle management, data structures, and attribution.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Hub Spot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design robust reporting dashboards.
  • Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, global matrix environment.
  • Clear communicator able to support stakeholders across markets and time zones.
