IT Ecommerce Web Functional - Team Lead (Corporate)

We are looking for a dynamic and focused Ecommerce-Web Functional Team Lead to join our IT department.

This role requires keen attention to detail, a passion for Ecommerce, and strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.

The successful candidate will coordinate projects, implement functional designs, develop, and maintain Ecommerce sites to ensure optimal stability, functionality, and performance for continuous innovation.

Effectively coordinate, implement the functional design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the business's Ecommerce sites to ensure optimal stability, functionality and performance.

Leads subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and oversees Ecommerce site vendors and developers to ensure that Ecommerce sites are built and expanded based on evolving technology and business needs.

• 2 or more years' work experience as a webmaster or ecommerce manager, lead or supervisor.
• 2 or more years' Ecommerce platform experience, preferably Adobe Commerce (Magento
  2).
• Comprehensive web development knowledge and skills.
• Internet and hosting knowledge.
• Knowledge of website management and performance tools.
• Working knowledge of common web development scripting languages and operating systems.
• Online marketing and SEO techniques.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection.
• Knowledge related to the compliance of the ECTA and CPA.
• Relevant SAP exposure.
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create and implement processes and procedures for integrating Ecommerce sites with backend systems.

Leading and inspiring a team of e-commerce web developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective e-commerce strategies and functionalities.

Overseeing the design, development, testing, and maintenance of the e-commerce website, ensuring it meets high standards of performance, security, and usability.

Collaborating with UX / UI designers to create a seamless and intuitive online shopping experience for customers.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment of the e-commerce platform with overall business objectives.

Implementing effective testing processes to ensure the reliability and functionality of the e-commerce website.

Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and optimizations for the e-commerce platform.

Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of e-commerce development projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
