An experienced underwriter with at least 1 year in personal and/or commercial short-term insurance.

• Skilled in processing policies, endorsements, amendments and renewals.
• A confident communicator with excellent English (written and verbal).
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure.

• Underwrite personal and commercial short-term insurance policies including vehicles, buildings, assets, liability and engineering.
• Assess and process new business applications ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Negotiate terms with insurers to secure favourable outcomes.
• Manage policy amendments, endorsements and renewals on time.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Provide efficient resolutions to underwriting queries while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal and/or commercial insurance underwriting (brokerage experience preferred).
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime if needed.
