Professional Third Party Liability Claims Specialist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned claims professional to fill the role of Third Party Liability Claims Consultant.

Claims Administration :
Oversee the end-to-end administration of third-party liability claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Claim Investigation :
Conduct thorough investigations into claims, analyzing data to ensure accurate evaluations and effective resolution strategies.

Stakeholder Liaison :
Foster strong relationships with clients, insurers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders, keeping them informed on claim progress.

Claims Guidance :
Provide expert advice to clients and internal teams on claims procedures, coverage, and liability matters.

A degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, or a related field; relevant insurance qualifications are advantageous.

No less than 23 years' experience in liability claims or third-party claims handling.

Essential Skills and Competencies Insurance Knowledge :
In-depth understanding of third-party liability insurance, claims procedures, and applicable legal frameworks.
