A leading professional services firm in Johannesburg is looking for a Spanish speaking Call Centre Agent. The role involves answering calls in Spanish, extracting pertinent details for investigations, and drafting reports in both English and Spanish within 24 hours. The successful candidate will receive training and be provided with a laptop and headset. This is a 12-month contract with an hourly rate ranging from R55 to R100, dependent on incentives.
