About your role

You will lead the South African Supply Chain alignment with EECM-Benelux SC objectives and guidance. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the South Africa supply chain covering the following functions:
Demand planning, Supply Planning, Service to customer, S&OP/IBP process lead and participation on projects.

What You'll Do

Build and develop a performant Supply Chain to support the development of the Business and customers satisfaction. Deliver superior customer satisfaction from a supply chain perspective, through proactive planning, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Oversee the performance of bottler(s) and third-party logistics providers in collaboration with QEHS to maintain operational excellence.

Deliver/Manage the overall Supply Chain performance for South Africa
: responsible for setting and monitoring the Supply Chain budget; deliver the Supply Chain performance (SQCDME); lead the S&OP/IBP process and ensure the right inputs are provided and the right decisions can be taken; perform the finished goods Supply Planning and make sure bottler(s) supply the expected quantities OTIF, responsible for processes improvements and drive towards excellence in execution; support the F4G initiatives (cost improvements);

develop and promote a business partner approach between SC and external & internal customers/partners and suppliers; build long-term partnerships with selected customers/suppliers and initiate breakthrough collaborative programs

Participate as a member of the EECM-Benelux SC Leadership Team : contribute to the development of the Market Supply Chain and deployment of the overall SBFE SC strategy; share best practices and stimulate cross-functional and cross market/sub-markets collaboration

Represent Supply Chain for South Africa team
: be the interlocutor for all Supply Chain matters for the local team. Contribute to the engagement of the South Africa team by delivering the vision of the Market and supporting initiatives coming from SBFE and EECM-Benelux.
