The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of clients. The Software Development Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
– Develop and implement software development best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient coding standards
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize software requirements
– Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
– Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
– Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development
– Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in software development

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 6+ years of experience in software development
– Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

– Experience with Agile development methodologies
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
